New year is celebrated all over the world with great enthusiasm and fun. In the Gregorian calendar, there are 12 months in every year and the new year falls on 1st January which is widely accepted and celebrated the festival. It is a special day for the people as this day is the beginning of the new year and they welcome the upcoming year in their way. People start the preparations for the new year celebration many days earlier. On 5th January our BHROMOR get a new plan with Free Health Check up, Blood Grouping, Drawing competition, blanquet distribution and other cultural program. There our special guest Dr. Joy Das barman and Dr. Avishek Neogi was present. We organised the program at HALDER VILA (Amtala), South 24 PGN.

We run this project in several places every year. However, this time is a little different. In addition to the health check-up, this time the Women's Day and the next day's Dol Utsav were tied together in cultural activities. The health camp had visual eye test, random sugar test, eye donation after death, stem cell donor registration, blood group diagnosis. Special thanks to Shantipur Marami and the people of Bhaluka who helped to take such a big event to make it happen successfully . We will also recall and acquire the knowledge by seeing the pictures of cultural events.So please come forward everyone It's to believe that "Little drops of water, little grains of sand make the mighty ocean and the pleasant land "

World Health Day. Dera of Purulia Birhor. We have already said about the Birhors that their way of life is completely different from ours. They are health conscious and not very special. From there, the first thing that comes to our mind is teaching about their health. Gradually, more and more mothers and daughters are given sanitary napkins (for 3 months) and at the same time they are taught how to use what they are using instead of what they are using now (nakra in their terminology). In addition to these, giving them a health kit, that's all, but we wanted something that will not run out after 6 months. Which will play a very important role in their lives. To that end, we set up a blood group testing workshop that will benefit them throughout their lives. Not just mothers and daughters, but children as well. We are very happy that all the objectives of yesterday have been fulfilled through the efforts of all.There was a tiffin for everyone and a lunch arrangement for about 200+ people. Special thanks to Malay Mukherjee and Kishore Bahini .They have always come forward with all kinds of local help.
