Tree Plantation
On Sunday, September 1, about 100 saplings were planted in Barrackpore town.
Some trees are planted by children and some by members.
In addition, some cuttings have been planted so that the seedlings can grow in a few months.
In addition, about 30 more trees were planted along the banks of the river to control the erosion of the river. Because the people of Barrackpore know that a large part of the river Ganges is being eroded in this part of U-24 Parganas.
They also have a morning tiffin and lunch.
Rice, pulses,chips, meat and sweets.
This program has been completed with the initiative of Cholo Gach Lagay and Bhromor.
And next to us stands the Barrackpore Retreat Club (which is part of the Rotary Club).
